About the Workshop

This course outlines the fundamentals of Project Management concepts and the necessary set of skills a Project Manager should acquire.

The process of ‘’managing a project’’ from initiation to handing over is described. Hands on experience on all steps of project management shall be shared, with an emphasis on Scope determination, Financial models, Works-breakdown Structure, Planning and Scheduling, Staffing, Executing, Monitoring & Control Instruments, Budgeting, Cost Estimation and Cost Control.

Contract types and Contractual considerations to successful project management shall also be visited.
