About the Workshop:

Management experts Paul Hersey and Ken Blanchard argue that leaders are not as effective as they could be because they do not match their style of leadership to the maturity of the person or group they’re leading, when style and maturity are not matched, failure is the result.

This workshop reveals how Hersey and Blanchard’s theory is used in practice in different leadership situations.
